Keil Supports the STM32L EnergyLite

Keil announce immediate support for the STMicroelectronis STM32L EnergyLite MCU family in the Keil MDK-ARM (Microcontroller Development Kit).

The STM32L EnergyLite based on the Cortex™-M3 processor, extends ST's ultra-low-power portfolio. It combines high performance and ultra-low power consumption through the use of an optimized architecture and proprietary ultra-low leakage process technology. The STM32L offers flash memory up to 128KB, RAM up to 16KB, and an extensive range of peripherals including USB and LCD controller. The STM32L can operate from a 1.8V supply, and consume as little as 0.27 µA in standby mode.

The latest release of MDK-ARM supports all STM32L devices and includes set-up files, device-specific views, and example projects. MDK features the industry-standard compiler from ARM®, the Keil µVision4 IDE, the fully functional RTX RTOS, and analysis tools, which when used with the ULINKpro deliver code coverage and execution profiling. It is specifically optimized for single-chip, high performance devices such as the STM32L family.

MDK-ARM v4.13a is available for download now.
